What is the origin of the olfactory gland in humans?

According to a new study, people are born with all kinds of olfactory glands. These glands remain in them throughout life, with no new olfactory glands being born.

This feature distinguishes humans from all other sharp-toothed animals, wild humans, wild animals, and highly specialized mammals. Because of these animals, olfactory bulbs are constantly producing new nerve cells or neurons for odor control. "Humans do not have to rely on odor pods like all other animals, so human nerve cells are not created," said Jonas Friesen, a neurologist at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.

Neurons are born between the hippocampus and the upper extremity region. Which encloses two empty spaces in the middle of the brain. In rats, neurons in the upper extremity are transferred to the olfactory bulb and to the neural circuit, assisting the animal in obtaining a new olfactory.

A small number of neurons may be integrated into the olfactory lab in humans but may not have a specific role. Researchers have found that in humans, less than a century of people's olfactory nerve changes on the other hand, which is an average of 50 sharp teeth each year.

The new study hopes to help end the debate on this topic, said Fred Gage, a neurologist at the Sauk Institute for Biology Studies in La Jolla.

"But the results of the study are not certain whether nerves are regenerated in the olfactory system." - says Jeffrey Maklis, a neurologist at Harvard University.

The report of the Maclise Lab states that the olfactory nerve in the rat brain may die if it cannot be introduced into a new olfactory.
