The two best computers in the United States

China ranks third in the list of the world's most powerful supercomputer owners. And the top two are back in the US.


Switzerland, Germany, Japan and Japan are the top 5 in the list, the BBC reports, out of the total list of the top 5, there are 228 supercomputers in China, the number in the United States twice. The top of the list last year was the Sunway Tahulite Super Computer in China. It came in third place in the last list, the fourth-largest supercomputer made by China.

The summit's processing capacity is 25 petaflop, and in the case of Sunway Tahulite, it is 5 petaflop. Petaflop is a unit of measurement of computer processing speed. A petaflop refers to the ability to process thousands of trillions of floating points in a computer in a second.

The processing capacity of the Sierra 4-petaflop is the first to move the Chinese supercomputer to second place.
